This site is operated by BoomyGate. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Returns & Refunds policy, which are part of them.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

Products and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, and product pages list dimensions, materials and specifications so you can check compatibility before ordering.

Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Minor variation in fabric texture or shade between production batches is normal and is not a defect.

• Use each product only for its stated purpose and follow the instructions, warnings and compatibility information supplied with it.
• Product images show the item as accurately as practical, but packaging and minor production details may change without affecting its stated function.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Promotional pricing applies only while the promotion is running.

We try to keep stock accurate, but if an item sells out after you order we will contact you and refund in full.

If a price or product detail is listed in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full, even after the order is confirmed.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example where we suspect fraud, where an address cannot be served, or where quantities suggest resale.

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. See our Shipping policy for what happens with undeliverable parcels.

Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photo or video, you confirm it is your own genuine experience with a product you actually received, and you grant us permission to display it on the product page.

We review every submission before it appears and may decline content that is off-topic, offensive, promotional, or not about the product. We do not edit the substance of a review.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, photography and design of boomygate.com belong to BoomyGate or our suppliers, and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
