Product Warranty

What is covered

Every product is inspected before dispatch. If a technical or manufacturing defect appears under normal use within 30 days of delivery, we will repair, replace or refund it.

What is not covered

• Damage from drops, liquid exposure, incorrect charging, pets, or sharp objects.
• Normal wear, cosmetic marks and the expected ageing of materials over time.
• Modifications, accidents, or repairs by anyone other than us.
• Preference, fit or compatibility when the product matches the dimensions and specifications shown on its product page.

Electronic products

For products with batteries, motors, lights or other electronic components, the following also applies:

• Battery, motor and electronic component defects are covered for 30 days from delivery.
• Water ingress, drops, incorrect voltage or charging, and unauthorised disassembly are not covered.
• Units that have been opened, modified, or repaired elsewhere are no longer eligible.

How to make a warranty claim

Items sent back without written approval cannot be accepted.

1. Email [email protected] within the warranty period.
2. Include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
3. We will assess the claim and confirm in writing whether it qualifies, and give you the return address if the item needs to come back.
